A DECEMBER to REMEMBER.
No matter how hard life is, you need to enjoy every second whenever you get a chance. What could be a better occasion to celebrate and enjoy than Christmas and New Year’s evening? It’s a global festival.
Celebrating the days with colleagues is always as special as a family get-together. Also, workplace celebrations aid to enhance the employee’s morale.
At Silicon, we have decided to celebrate Christmas by playing a game. We had extended the Christmas celebration on the 29th (Religious Day), 30th (Mis-Match Day), & 31st (Twins Day) December which was celebrated with all the lovely people of our company.
The excitement never ends when we talk about the celebration!
On the Regional day/ Character day, individuals dressed with different looks such as Police, Nurse, Doctor, advocate, thieve (Chor), prisoner, Rajput look, Gujarati look, Punjabi look, Southindian look, Muslim look, Christian look, etc. Everyone was so excited that they arranged the dresses within a short time frame.
On the Mis-Match Day individuals dress up with strange combinations of tops and bottoms. Creativity and conception were at their peak on that specific day! Employees wear many accessories and ornaments that have zero relevance to the outfit. It was fun as it enabled individuals to get dressed the way they want to. Each one takes parts wholeheartedly and enjoys it to the fullest.
On the last day of the year, we celebrate Twins-day. Working as mates and fellows, employees found their siblings at work premises on the day, and it was celebrated with full enthusiasm. Everyone chose one teammate as his or her twin and the rule of the day was to look like the twin brother/sister. Some of the employees have created the trio very well. All the twins had unique ideas and styles to become the perfect twins.
From fun activities, we had an amazing experience. Thanks to all the employees and managers for their active participation. It made it a memorable and fun-filled day.
