The client is a leading logistics and courier services provider with a pan-India presence. With improving customer experiences through exceptional services, the client wanted to transform manual operations into digital processes.
The core objective was to develop an end-to-end, comprehensive solution that can give an omnichannel experience to customers with advanced services. The client wanted to introduce innovative services based on advancing technology.
Other objectives include a seamless user experience across mobile and web platforms and customer-friendly features for strengthening presence in the courier and logistics industry.
The client runs operations in 15000+ locations across India. It was difficult to make a centralized platform that tracks daily activities and provides customers with the necessary information in real-time. Another issue was to send real-time notifications on mobile devices about the status of the courier/parcel.
The client used a traditional manual process for courier services. As the client’s business expanded, this process remained inefficient and time-consuming. Another challenge was to give the same experience to customers across different devices by developing an in-depth solution.
