Fancy Day

The next day, December 22, was a Regional Day, or Fancy Day, which reflects our diverse and rich culture. All the Silicon Family members wore traditional outfits representing their cultural heritage. Our company became a ‘Mini India’ as some were Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, and Kashmiri. We had lawyers and other professionals as well! What a colourful celebration it was!

The fun part was our team members started planning for fancy dresses and styles of respective leaders or great people 10 to 15 days back. We have witnessed their excitement, hesitation, planning, and enthusiasm for two weeks before this Regional Day!

The icing on the cake on this Traditional Day was a special dance performance by one of our team members! It was a big surprise for all of us as we come to know how Siliconians have got hidden talent.
