I have been associated with Silicon since 2021 and have enjoyed and appreciated the company’s priorities, insights, and culture. It has indeed been a very enriching experience for me. From the start, I have been impressed by how everyone works with a goal-oriented approach. They really care about their customers and employees and perform each task competently to succeed. Respect, care, and excellence are qualities that flow from the top and keep flowing throughout the rest of the company processes. I get an opportunity to serve the firm which helps me significantly with work-life balance. And Yes, I can't deny the fact that management is very supportive. Overall, Silicon is more than just a job for me.

I have been with silicon since 2018 & from the day I joined I’ve been given the opportunity to nurture my professional career development by finding a role in the company that suits my interests and abilities. Being a QA resource in the silicon team there have been lots of opportunities for me to work on different projects with a variety of business aspects.
